Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Apollo Projects LLC ("we", "us"), which operates FODMAP Log ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

FODMAP Log is an informational self-tracking tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. The trigger classifications, confidence scores, FODMAP group labels, and AI explanations are statistical estimates and heuristics based on the data you enter — not a diagnosis. They can be wrong, incomplete, or not applicable to your situation.

Always consult a qualified dietitian, doctor, or other healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, and especially before eliminating or reintroducing foods. Never disregard professional advice because of something in this app. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

FODMAP Log is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Monash University or FODMAP Friendly. Our FODMAP group labels are our own heuristic first-pass tags derived from published literature and general food-composition knowledge — they are not the proprietary tested values of those organizations, and should not be treated as authoritative or "certified" ratings.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and don't use the app on behalf of anyone else without their permission. You must be at least 16 years old to use FODMAP Log.

Your data belongs to you. You can delete your logs or account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please don't misuse the app. That includes attempting to break or overload it, accessing other users' data, scraping or copying our food database or content in bulk, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.

We work to keep FODMAP Log accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its analysis will be accurate for your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Projects LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of — or reliance on — the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Some features may be offered free and others as paid subscriptions. If we introduce or change paid features, we will make the terms clear before you pay. We may update the app and these terms over time; if we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
