Regular wheat pasta is high in fructans above about 1/2 cup cooked; gluten-free pasta is low-FODMAP.

Why

Standard wheat pasta is high in fructans in normal servings. Small amounts may be tolerated, but gluten-free (rice or corn) pasta is the reliable low-FODMAP swap. Watch the sauce for onion and garlic.
