Is Chicken low FODMAP?
Low FODMAP
Serving guidance
Plain chicken is low-FODMAP. Watch marinades and rubs, which often contain onion or garlic.
Why
Plain, unseasoned chicken (and most plain meat, fish, and eggs) contains no FODMAPs. The catch is what's added: onion and garlic in marinades, rubs, and coatings are the usual hidden triggers.

General ratings are only a starting point — real tolerance is personal. FODMAP Log tracks what you actually eat and how you feel, then works out which foods are triggers for you, with a report you can hand to your dietitian.
