Most common mushrooms are high in mannitol. Canned mushrooms and oyster mushrooms are low-FODMAP.
Why
Button and most fresh mushrooms are high in the polyol mannitol. Interestingly, canned (brine-drained) mushrooms and oyster mushrooms are low-FODMAP, so you don't have to give up mushrooms entirely.
