Black coffee and espresso are low-FODMAP. Milk-based coffees depend on the milk.
Why
Coffee itself is low-FODMAP — black coffee and espresso are fine on FODMAP grounds. A large latte can be a problem because of the lactose in the milk, not the coffee. Note caffeine can still stimulate the gut independently of FODMAPs.
