Is Oats low FODMAP?
Low FODMAP
Serving guidance
About 1/2 cup of rolled oats (dry) is low-FODMAP; large servings add up in fructans.
Why
Oats are low-FODMAP in normal servings and make a good breakfast base. Very large bowls can add up in fructans, and watch the toppings (honey, apple, lots of milk).
