Is Peach low FODMAP?

High FODMAP

FODMAP group: Polyols (sorbitol/mannitol)

Serving guidance

High in sorbitol; even half a peach can be too much.

Why

Peaches and nectarines are high in the polyol sorbitol. Stone fruits in general tend to be higher-FODMAP, so treat them cautiously during elimination.
